Totalis is the first company to receive the $500,000 Y Combinator investment entirely in USDC, settled on Solana and held in Ramp. The money arrived in three onchain transactions, went straight into our treasury with no intermediary in between, and cleared in seconds.

Three inbound USDC transfers on Solana for $375,000, $124,999 and $1
The three transfers, as they appear onchain.

It is a small change in how startups get funded, and a real one.

What We're Building#

Today's prediction markets are powerful but limited. Exposure is mostly single-position, liquidity is fragmented, and capital sits idle. The next phase of growth comes from adding financial building blocks that widen how people can participate.

Totalis lets users build parlays across categories, markets and venues, putting assets like geopolitics, crypto and sports into a single trade.

Higher payouts are only part of it. The point is letting traders express more complex views, and opening up forms of market participation that do not exist today.

Our goal is to be the core derivatives layer for prediction markets. That means making trading and market making more capital efficient, then expanding past parlays into other structured products that bundle, hedge and express views across multiple bets.

Why Onchain#

Running the company onchain follows from what we are building.

Traditional financial infrastructure adds latency, geographic friction and cost that we do not need. Stablecoins move capital globally, instantly, and for almost nothing. Managing treasury, paying vendors and operating across jurisdictions all get easier.

We chose Solana for its performance: fast finality, low transaction costs, and an ecosystem increasingly built around financial applications. Our vision is aligned with it, moving capital markets onchain.

We manage treasury through Ramp, operating natively in USDC. As early alpha users of their stablecoin account, we are among the first companies using Ramp to settle both stablecoin and fiat payments from one place, including paying our credit cards straight from the stablecoin balance.

What's Next#

We are opening early access to shape the product before a wider launch.
